The validity start date of the annual subscription can be chosen for a maximum of 30 days from the purchase date.

You will receive your annual subscription by mail. Until then, you can use the Print@Home ticket for a maximum of 30 days from the date of issue.

The subscription is valid for 12 months from the validity start date on all regular cruises (city and port cruise, evening cruise & Cruise) . Event cruises (brunch, party cruises, etc.) on non-regular cruises are excluded unless otherwise noted.

Shipping of the annual subscription is only within Switzerland. No shipping abroad.

You must present the personal annual pass when getting off along with an ID.

The transferable annual pass must also be presented when getting off, but no ID is required for that.

Of course, you can enter the name of the person being gifted during the online purchase process.
